AMY IVEY
Amy has been with CENTURY 21 Upchurch Real Estate since November
1996. Amy has lived in the Quinlan/Lake Tawakoni area for over 25+ years.
So far, Amy has received the Top Rookie Award in 1997, along with a place
in the Million Dollar Club.
In 1998 she received the Broker Award for the most improved agent that year.
In 1999 she was a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Club. Then,
in 2000, she was 17 out of 350 agents in the East Texas Council and received
the Brokers Award again.
From 2000 - 2006 Amy earned the prestigious CENTURION® Producer Award. This
award is a symbol of excellence earned by only an elite group of CENTURY
21© producers. The CENTURION® Producer Award honors CENTURY 21® System sales
associates that earn 60 award units within a calendar year. This award is
her highest honor following her continuous sales success.
Since 2000-2006 Amy has ranked in the Top 10 out of 400+ agents in The East
Texas Council. Amy is also currently in the Four Million Plus Producer Club.
Over Amy's career in Real Estate, she has sold approximately 500+ properties!
Amy is a strong believer in giving back to the community. Served one year
as The Secretary of The Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she is proudly serving
on The Quinlan Education Foundation Program which helps raise money for
grants that local teachers can apply to assist them in teaching. Amy is
also a Board Member for The Hunt County REALTORS®.
Amy's roots are deeply grounded. Amy grew up in Quinlan, lives in Quinlan,
and attended Quinlan schools. Her husband is David Ivey, a recent graduate
of Texas A & M at Commerce. David is currently a Special Education Teacher.
Amy and David have a beautiful 5 year old son named Houston.

WENDY PARKER
Hello my name is Wendy Parker. I am fairly new to this area.
I moved here after receiving a degree in Equine Science at North Texas Central
College. Since moving to the Quinlan-Lake Tawakoni area I have seen first
hand that the people here are friendly and caring. I am currently on the
Board of Directors for the Tawakoni Area Library and am actively involved
in their many community functions. I believe that by volunteering and giving
strong community support helps make an area better.
My love for this community and deep devotion to horses has led me to my
new career in real estate, especially Farm & Ranch properties. From residential

LAROY SAUNDERS
LaRoy moved to the Quinlan area in 1991 from Carrollton,
Texas realizing the value and advantages of living in a small town.
She has since become an avid supporter of her community. She has one
son, Tristen; 11 years old that attends school in Quinlan. LaRoy is
the Treasurer / Secretary for Followers of Christ Church in Wills Point
and volunteers there for Angel Food Ministries on a regular basis.
She is looking forward to the opportunity to give back to the community
that has given so much to her.
LaRoy brings 13 years of Office Management / Business experience to her
newly found career at CENTURY 21 Upchurch Real Estate office. She
has worked for a construction company and the Texas Highway Patrol, which
allowed her to become more familiar with the area. She is dedicated

Earnest is past President of the Quinlan Area Chamber of Commerce, serving
for two terms. He is also an appointed member
of the Hunt County Appraisal District Board Of Directors as
well as an executive board member of the Hunt County Alliance for Economic
Development. He is a past master of Trestle Board Masonic Lodge
in Quinlan, past District Deputy, and past Worthy Patron of the Eastern
Star in Quinlan.

Lake Tawakoni and a member of the Quinlan Planning and Zoning Board.
She was also a past president of the Lake Tawakoni Area Chamber of Commerce,

CENTURY 21® East Texas Broker's Council, past 2002 Secretary of the Dallas
Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and Treasurer
for 2003 of the Dallas chapter of the National Association of Independent
Fee Appraisers. She is also a past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star
in Quinlan.
