HE’S BACK!!!!! Lots of big changes working at CENTURY 21 Upchurch! After working in our Royse City Office for over a decade, Earnest Upchurch Sr. will be coming back home to the main office soon! After many years of the family discussing options with our sister location, we decided to get serious about the future of where we wanted to go. It took a lot of praying, a lot of crying and fussing to make the final decision, but we made it. We feel this is the best thing for our business, our agents and our family. After talking with a couple of different possible new owners, we agreed there was one that stood above the rest. He has the same vision we have for the Royse City office and area. It would also be a win for our agents that wanted to stay and work with him because he would help them with the rebranding of the office and put forth the extra effort and cover the advertising costs that would be needed to re-establish a foothold in that market. Thank you Jeremy Dicken with CENTURY 21 Patterson in Greenville and Caddo Mills for being so positive, so patient and willing to work with us and our agents. This is giving them a great chance to be on the ground floor of your new office location and to be a part of a great team. Earnest will be assisting him with the transition but will be back to Quinlan before we know it! At 77 years young and still wanting to help Buyers and Sellers with their home transactions, this is the best move for him. Once again, thank you to everyone who has worked with us in the past and those who will work with us in the future! And it won’t be long that anyone can come in and share a cup of coffee and stories with Earnest! We will keep everyone posted as to when he is here full time again!
